New one-sheet, more minor fixes

Hey hey, the one-sheet is finally here! This is a just a playing aid that you can print out to keep track of your character and to have the barebones structure in front of you. Nothing too fancy because it printer-safe and easy to read.

I also fixed a couple of typos in the main book AND changed the 6- result on the Build-Ups to lose 2 Hold. This helps balance out the danger of runaway Hold in the Head Out.
